Exchanges only within 14 days of the original date of purchase. For online orders, the 14 days start at the time of delivery to the customer. The Item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition and in the original box/ package and all tags attached.  Purses, earrings, wallets, shoe care, sunglasses (all accessories) are final sale. All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
